How to Buy

We're not a mass market serving enterprise.

Most sales follow from a discussion around your needs, simply because we don't want unhappy customers, or buyer's remorse over e.g. which size you chose.  A camping freezer represents a relatively large monetary investment, and one you have to live with each time you go camping.

For that reason there is no Shopping Cart & Credit Card checkout feature on this site currently.

The actual sales process is roughly as follows:

• We discuss what you need.
• You view the product in person if practically possible
• After identifying your perfect matched product, we provide a Proforma Invoice
• You make payment into our account
• As soon as funds clear we courier your fridge / freezer to you (or you can arrange pick up).

Of course if you know exactly what you want this all goes very quickly.

We also physically test each product for a day or so before shipping (again to avoid any unhappiness), but we do this upfront so it should not hold up the process.
