Does the Bismarck come with a guarantee?

Yes, the Freezers are covered by a normal 12 month warranty against defects & problems.
Internet buyers also get a 14 day money back guarantee in case the product is not what you imagined

Does the Freezer include a protective bag?

No, it does not include a bag. You can however have a custom bag made up at any tent repair shop, which will be stronger & more durable & offer better protection than the bags that typically come bundled with fridge / freezers.

How do the measurements work? / Will it fit into my off-road trailer?

The measurements were recently taken again, carefully taking into consideration (including) the extra space taken up by handles, hinges & latches. So the listed size is the size that must fit through your trailer door and into the slider tray.

The other point to note is that these measurements were taken as if you're standing in front of the freezer, facing it, ready to open the door and take out a beer. So Width is Left to Right,  Depth is Front to Back, and Height is from the floor up to the highest point.  When a person with a trailer is taking measurements, he usually measures from the vantage point where the tray slides out towards him (in other words facing the side of the freezer, not the front of the freezer). So for him his Left to Right of the sliding tray is actually the Front to Back of the freezer itself, and so forth.   Removing the freezer's feet will save 3mm to 5mm at most, and is not recommended.

How long will it take to get to me? I live in PutZonderZevenBuffelsVleiGat and my 4 week holiday trip starts tomorrow

We use a courier with a countrywide reach. If you have a good courier active in your remote area you are welcome to get your own quotes and use your choice. Most often our quote is the better quote.  We use Road Freight because Overnight etc. is simply not cost effective for the sizes &weight of the freezer packages. To national centres delivery normally takes 2 to 3 workdays, depending on e.g. which day of the week it is ordered & sent.  To outlying areas you can add a day or two.  Couriers operate outside of our control and we cannot make any promises regarding delivery deadlines. So the bottom line is, to avoid unnecessary stress or disappointment, don't order your fridge on the Wednesday before the Friday that you're going on holiday.

If you're close to our HQ it can take 1 day, and if you're close enough then of course you can come and pick it up.
